Since last week we only had our last two lessons, I am combining the final two weeks into one post.

Last week we had the privilege of sharing about the death and resurrection of Jesus! Our teaching time has come to an end and we are busy following up with all those that regularly attended. Here are the daily updates:

Day 46: Jesus Raises Lazarus from the Dead. Jesus has power over death and Jesus is the way to God!

Day 47: Jesus Comes into Jerusalem on a Donkey and the Passover with the Disciples. A main point today was that Jesus knows everything and knows Judas will betray him. He goes to Jerusalem to fulfill the plan of God the Father.

Days 48 & 49: Jesus is Betrayed, Tried, Crucified, and Buried. It is finished! God gave Jesus our punishment. Jesus paid for our sin, and our punishment is finished. Jesus cleansed us by His blood. All the prophesies are fulfilled. Jesus opened up the road to God. Alleluia!

Pic 1: Our friends explaining the Biblical story to others who came to visit.

Pic 2: Explaining where the nails pierced Jesus.

Pic 3: Explaining how God the Father turned His back on His Son while He hung on the cross.

Pic 4: Sitting with friends.

Pic 5: Showing how God ripped the curtain into the Holy of Holies because Jesus opened up the way to God through His death!

Day 50: Jesus Rose from the Dead. Jesus defeated death!

Day 51: Jesus’ Ascension and Great Commission. Today Zach walked thru Jesus’ charge to go into the nations, baptize believers, and teach them all of God’s word. It was a good opportunity to introduce a biblical view of baptism. In this picture Zach is explaining how there are people all over the world who needed (and still need) to hear the gospel 🙂

Day 52: Jesus’ Return. Today we read about the end of the world. We read the last four chapters of Revelation and talked about the destiny of all people, the fate of Satan and his demons, and the hope of all who trust Jesus. This season of gospel teaching has come to an end!

What a blessing this season has been and we look forward to updating you more as we follow up with people!
